Glad you had good results with you cheese!Cheesemakin' Mammahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12654726238107266586noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-55554914262786074.post-53589972831427300342011-06-19T22:22:39.560-07:002011-06-19T22:22:39.560-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Helen Hokehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15006062091104603432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-55554914262786074.post-54388976231790819512011-06-19T20:54:08.703-07:002011-06-19T20:54:08.703-07:00You can use apple cider vinegar, but it may change...You can use apple cider vinegar, but it may change the taste. It has great nutritional value and acts as a preservative, but you could still make this recipe without it. You just might have to use it up faster. With whey, I've never had my mayo go bad, granted we go through it pretty quickly.Cheesemakin' Mammahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12654726238107266586noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-55554914262786074.post-90222462247001183172011-06-19T16:57:28.133-07:002011-06-19T16:57:28.133-07:00Can I use raw apple cider vinegar to make mayonnai...Can I use raw apple cider vinegar to make mayonnaise instead of white wine vineger? They also have "Mineral Whey" which seems to be from goats milk and it is a whole lot more expensive. I want to make sure I order the right product. Thank you!Helen Hokehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15006062091104603432noreply@blogger.com
