Dancing Beauty

I'm finally getting around to posting about Hailey's first mini dance recital. Dancing is definitely in her blood. I can see with some practice and time that she'll do well. I still love to dance and I'm thrilled that she does, too!
We also discovered that she has some "uhmm, leadership qualities" shall we say. During one of the outfit exchanges, she chastised everyone very loudly about making a mess. Then she absolutely wouldn't stand for what she perceived as someone taking cuts in front of her. And she LOVES an audience.

In her tap outfit.

Loved her muff!

Ballet outfit.

I had to sneak the pictures because Hailey would stop what she was doing and pose for me whenever she saw me with the camera.

The little reindeer ballet dance.

Leaping along.

The recital ended with some tumbling. The recital brought back many memories of when I was a little girl doing all that fun stuff. We look forward to seeing her perform in her big recital in June.

Please pray for the family of Hailey's dance instructor. We just found out that her daughter passed away. She left behind a husband and small children. It is a very sad situation. I appreciate your prayers for them.

God Bless,
Jackie

  4. Yes, Camille. They are pillars in the Church, which gives them all so much hope. Cancer is so awful, but God is victorious over death! I praise Him for that :)
