It's that time of year again! Josiah likes to show off all his pumpkins.
What a couple of cuties if I do say so myself!
She kind of has the teeth of jack'0'lantern
Michael had the honor of scooping the guts out. Hailey just wanted to eat it all and Josiah just wanted to carve. We found a great kids knife that worked well with carving pumpkins. With some help, Josiah had a good
lookin' (albeit very simple)
jack'o'lantern.

You're right. Her teeth do kind of look like that! She so cute though. Josiah's hair, isn't quite as orange as the pumpkin!
I'm glad Michael helped. Steve left it all up to me.
Yep, I wouldn't want to go to a pumpkin patch with my kids, they'd blend in so well with the pumpkins that I might never see them again!
We don't do that over here but it looks like such fun I think I would like to give it a try. Is it hard to do?
It is really easy to carve a jack'o'lantern. Some people can get really fancy with it, but I'm not very artistic, so mine are simple. The main thing to remember is to cut out a smoke hole on the edge of the lid. Also make sure you get as much of the "guts" out as you can. If you save the pumpkin seeds and toast them in your oven, they make a really healthy snack.
